LPA Group PLC is a United Kingdom-based designer, manufacturer and supplier of light emitting diode (LED) lighting, electronic and electro-mechanical systems, and a distributor of engineered components. The Company’s segment includes Electro-Mechanical Systems, Engineered Component Distribution and Lighting and Electronic Systems. The Electro-Mechanical Systems segment is engaged in designing and manufacturing of electro-mechanical systems and components to the rail, aircraft ground support and niche industrial markets. Its Engineered Component Distribution segment is a service distributor and added value solutions provider to the rail and aerospace and defense markets. Its Lighting and Electronic Systems segment designs and manufactures LED lighting and electronic systems which serve the rail, infrastructure and other markets. Its products include breakers, connectors, contactors, fans and more. It also manufactures aviation ground power equipment.
