Camana Bay, Cayman Islands - 28 December 2023 - Mineral and Financial
Investments Limited (LSE-AIM: MAFL) ("M&F" "MAFL" or the "Company") is
pleased to confirm that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30
June 2023, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is being
posted to shareholders tomorrow.

The Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the

The Company's AGM will be held at 6-9 The Square, Stockley Park, Uxbridge,
