Result of Annual General Meeting

 

The Board of MobilityOne (AIM: MBO) is pleased to announce that at the
Company's annual general meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly
passed with the table below summarising the votes:

 accordance with Article 33 of the Articles of Association of the Company) to

Votes which have been cast at the discretion of the Chairman have been counted
as votes for the resolutions. Votes withheld are not votes in law and do not
