James Bilefield resignation

 

 

The Board of Moneysupermarket.com group PLC (the "Company) has received notice
from James Bilefield of his intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director
of the Company on 31 May 2022. James' is stepping down to focus on his other
work and business commitments. The Board would like to thank James for his
commitment and contributions over the past two years and wish him well.
