Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

 

 

Dublin 12 October 2023: PetroNeft Resources PLC ("PetroNeft " or the
"Company") announces that at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company
held today, 12 October 2023 ("EGM"), the resolution to approve the proposed
disposal of PetroNeft's Russian business and assets were duly passed.

 

Further announcements will be made, as appropriate, in due course.

 

The resolution as set out in the Notice of EGM published on 15 September 2023
was voted on by way of a poll and the results were as follows:
