NOTICE OF FULL YEAR RESULTS

Record plc ("Record" or "the Company"), the specialist currency and
derivatives manager, will announce its full year results for the year ended 31
March 2022 on Tuesday, 21 June 2022.

There will be an in-person meeting for sell-side analysts at 9:30am on the day
of results, hosted by CEO Leslie Hill and CFO Steve Cullen. If you would like
