CHANGE OF DIRECTOR DETAILS

 

 

Spirax‑Sarco Engineering plc announces that Nimesh Patel, Chief Financial
Officer and Executive Director, has accepted an invitation from the UK
Government Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy to co-Chair
the next FTSE Women Leaders Review (previously the Hampton-Alexander Review)
for a period of five years.

 

Jamie Pike, Chair of Spirax-Sarco, commented:

The Board is satisfied that Nimesh's appointment as Co-Chair of the FTSE Women
