DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

 

Tesco PLC (the "Company") has been notified that the following Director of the
Company has purchased American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") in the Company as
set out below. One ADR is equivalent to three Ordinary shares of 6⅓ pence
each:
