(i) £250,000,000 5.500 per cent. Notes due 2035 and (ii) €500,000,000 4.250
per cent. Notes due 2031, each guaranteed by Tesco PLC and issued under Tesco
PLC's, Tesco Corporate Treasury Services PLC's and Tesco Corporate Treasury
Services Europe DAC's Euro Medium Term Note programme.
