suppliers of mobile data computing solutions and managed services to a variety
of industrial sectors, announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held
at WH Ireland at 24 Martin Lane, London EC4R 0DR at noon on 3 June 2024.

The Annual Report in respect of the year ended 31 December 2023, together with
the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, will be posted to
shareholders today and copies of which are available at
