The Company announces that on Wednesday 20 March 2024, Ms. Laura Whyte,
Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 19,500 ordinary shares of 5
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  Following this transaction,
Ms. Whyte has a beneficial interest of 19,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
