   Uniper SE, Ms Dr Jutta Dönges, Member of the Company’s Supervisory  Board,
   has been appointed as  Chief Financial Officer  of Uniper SE,  Düsseldorf,
   Germany, which is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, as from 1  March
   2023.
