Tres-Or Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based resource company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and development of exploration and evaluation assets in Canada. The Company is focused on exploring for diamonds and gold resources in the Temiscamingue and Abitibi regions of Quebec. Its projects include Quebec Diamond Project, Fontana Gold Project, and Fabre Cobalt-Silver Property. It has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims including the Guigues Kimberlite claims, located in the Temiscamingue region of southwestern Quebec. Fontana Gold Project is located in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt approximately 16 kilometers (km) northeast of Amos, Quebec. Its properties cover more than 100 square kilometers of prospective terrain approximately 60 km north of famous the Rouyn-Noranda, La Ronde, Malartic, Val d’Or gold corridor. Fabre Project (2450 hectares) in the Temiscamingue region of northwestern Quebec, covers historical silver-cobalt-nickel, and copper.
