The dividend per share and dividend yield are consistently incorrectly shown here. Stockopedia has been informed (several times).
This share has consistently (since 2015) paid an 8 pence annual dividend per annum. I have held this equity since launch.

This is VNC: these are the C shares! The dividend and yield here are shown incorrectly. This is not a comment about VEN2.
You are right Andrew, Ventus 2 VCT PLC has three classes of shares.
Ordinaries : VEN2
C shares : VNC
D shares : VND
I think the issue is that Stockopedia is not really set up to cover complex share structures like this, rather it deals with companies.
You'll note that whether you look for VEN2, VNC or VND you get the same fundamentals; those for the company as a whole, represented by the Ordinary Shares. Although the respective share price for the share class selected is shown.
You'll note that VCTs (AFAIK) do not get assessed by the StockRanks, so I don't really think that they are part of the core offering. I would guess it would therefore be fairly low priority for Stocko to do anything about it (although an explanatory note on the StockReport for VCTs would be helpful.
Ed has spoken in the past about in the future offering coverage on "funds" and to my mind the issue of VCTs and such might be better covered there.
In the meantime, I think you just need to be aware of the issues wrt VCTs on Stocko.

I've been invested since the launch in Ventus ords and Cs and Ventus 2 ords and Cs. I know the manager, Temporis, very well indeed and (I must be mad) attend the AGM each year (except this year, of course). I don't own the D shares.
VNC is certainly shown incorrectly in Stocko and I've had fairly lengthy discussions with them about it. Their answer is that this is the data they receive from their data supplier.
Stocko used to include a StockRank for VEN2 (as you can see from the chart underneath the price chart) but seem to have rather abruptly stopped that (probably after I flagged the issues here). Since they used to do a StockRank for VEN2, I can't see why they can't do it for all six share classes here. I was told by Stocko that they don't publish ranks for investment trusts and I explained that this isn't an investment trust. The answer was that their data provider was flagging some of the Ventus share classes as investment trusts but others as VCTs: oh dear.
Weirdly the dividend and dividend yield for VENC are shown correctly. VENC has an identical portfolio of assets to VNC (VENC owns the other 50% of the same investee companies that VNC holds).
These vehicles have had very healthy dividend yields in recent years and, of course, that's why many of us are invested. This is why its so annoying that it is wrong for VNC in Stocko as it misstates how attractive the yield really is. I've not checked to see if the D classes are right or wrong.
I like Stocko very much, and it's hard for them to get it right for this portfolio of stocks as the structure is unusual and the data they receive is.... well, you get the idea....
Makes it clear that analysis is only as good as the data that feeds it.
