If you believe that we will still be using Diesel engines for a few years yet, it’s well worth spending 10 minutes of your time to research this company’s patented, proprietary technology.
Any new suggestions for cleaner energy plays for discussion are most welcome.

I am taking an entirely opposite stance and a fully loaded up on oil stocks. I added to my large holding in Shell (RDSB) far too early last February at around £20 but kept adding all the way down to £9. Oil will remain a major source of energy for many years to come. I put companies like ITM in the same category as Tesla. ie probably decent companies but over-hyped by novice investors. Ian Cowie in the Sunday Times is also a big fan of ITM but he is a journalist. I am merely a retired investment analyst who does not get it right all the time. But I am now very overweight oil and mining (RIO and BHP). Good luck with the speculative stuff. Incidentally, if you have interest in genetics, llumina might be a decent long-term buy.

Appreciate your comments and insight, always nice to have input from those who have such experience. I am very much only an amateur analyst myself! I’ve a few years ahead of me so admittedly I am looking to speculate a bit to build capital. I do have a risk management structure to prevent any disasters which is working for me just now.
I’m fairly overweight mining too but exposure to more juniors than yourself, copper, gold & illmenite mainly.
I’m looking to buy into some big oil too, as you say Shell looks good. I’d actually bought in at the low but flipped for a quick 20% profit which I now regret slightly. I have no position in ITM and don’t intend to take one, it was used purely as an example as I see it as some use for read across to other hydrogen tech imo.
Illumina is not for me as it’s really pure sequencing, I’m still amazed the shareholders knocked back the takeover proposal by ThermoFisher Scientific last year... they’re my choice in the big Biotech space over the longer term but my missus has that holding covered already.

Just realised it was Qiagen that knocked back the deal from TMO last year, the proposed takeover of Illumina was actually a few years back now.
