I am a shareholder in 4basebio Ag £2INV and thus entitled to the spin out 4basebio Uk Societas 4basebio Uk Societas (LON:4BB) shares which listed on AIM earlier this month (17 Feb). Unfortunately, I still cannot see these in my trading account although the ticker seems to be available for new trades now. I seem to have a particularly challenging time getting any communication out of Hargreaves Landsdown at the moment, so thought I'd reach out to this community to see if this is a specific problem with my individual account or if this is a general case for all holders?
Would really value any feedback/input from others (also non HL customers of course).
