Virgin Wines UK (LON:VINO) transcript of my CEO interview, only got 9 thumbs up, so not a good use of my time typing it up! If you like any Stockopedia content, do give it a thumbs up, as we use this to gauge what it’s best to cover.

Podcast summary from last week transcript - this got 59 thumbs, so worth doing.

JOUL appointed administrators, as expected. We had a good discussion on what went wrong, and warning signs. For me, it was KPMG debt advisory being appointed (in July?) that was the biggest red flag. Difference between a company that’s trading badly, and one that’s about to go bust. Interesting reader comments, eg. stop losses are worth it. Fair point, would have helped in this case. SRT Marine Systems (LON:SRT) - such a tricky one. Serial jam tomorrow for c.17 years. Always a huge pipeline, but no sustainable profits. Has just produced fantastic H1 results. Beginning of a new trend, or not? Pipeline sounds even more huge than ever, £600m validated pipeline! Older investors tend to be more sceptical about this co. I hope it does succeed, as CEO seems a lovely man. £83m market cap. Weak BS (balance sheet!) - co should do…
