Virgin Wines UK plc is a United Kingdom-based direct-to-consumer online wine retailer. The Company's principal activity is importing and distribution of wine. The Company works with its network of more than 40 winemakers across the globe to source, blend, curate and sell collections of wines. The Company sells these, alongside its growing range of beers and spirits, to its customers through its online subscription. The Company sells to its customers through its WineBank and Wine Plan subscription models or on a pay as you go basis. Its WineBank subscription model provides various benefits, such as allowing customers to spread the cost of buying wine by saving a chosen amount each month, free express delivery on every case and other benefits. Its Wine Advisor team offers a personal and one-to-one service to over 50,000 customers. It has more than 600 wines and 100 spirits in its portfolio, which it sells to a customer base including over 150,000 members of its subscription schemes.
