Due to the recent sell off this REIT has come to my attention the share price seems to have dropped by 60% (seems overdone )in the last month , apart from tenants defaulting I cannot see why having just a had a brief look at the latest results which seem okay they also seem to have over £234m in cash , price is now near IPO price of 174p in June 2014 . I must be missing something anyone any ideas ?
64% of assets in Leisure & Budget Hotels + 32% Loan to Value will probably explain it.
