I've purchased Swiss stocks in the past and I currently hold £GUR and £BOBST.

Hello Phil,
Thanks for your reply, I am based in Switzerland tend to use FUW.ch and cash.ch for my research.
How do you research the swiss market?
I help a relation who lives in Switzerland and has a portfolio with a high content of Swiss shares. They use Swissquote and manage the portfolio online. The portfolio tends to hold higher yielding shares and the exposure to smaller Swiss companies is through funds/etfs.
Ironically, some good ideas for investment in Swiss large caps over the last five years have come from a uk source: Killik.
Hi Irish,
My strategy is to select high quality and high momentum stocks and so I use Stockopedia screens and technical analysis as my research and as a result I don't feel the need to dig any further in an attempt to kid myself that I understand a business.
I'm not sure that's going to help you much.
Best of luck
Phil
Hello Phil
Thanks that is helpful, I am curious as how the stockranks work with Swiss stocks, i.e are the high returns seen in UK replicated in Switzerland?
Hi Again,
You encouraged me to look at my returns by country. Here's the results ...

I've not much success in Switzerland but you'd have to ask Ed if the StockRanks strategy works well if considered in isolation for Switzerland. France & Germany have been the powerhouse of my returns over the last 3 years+
Best of luck
Phil
Not quite sure how I got a118% hit rate for France! I'll check my spreadsheet as it's processing realised as well as active gains so perhaps I've doubled counted.
Corrected the issue ...
