Board Changes

 

The Company announces that Waheed Alli will return to his role as Chair,
effective immediately.

 

The Company also announces that Andrew Lindsay has resigned from the Board as
Executive Chairman with immediate effect for personal reasons. The Board would
like to thank Andrew for his contribution to the Company since his appointment
and wish him well for his future endeavours.
