The 600 Group PLC (the "Company"), the AIM listed distributor, designer and manufacturer of industrial products (AIM: SIXH), has today been notified that Haddeo Partners LLP, of which Paul Dupee, Executive Chairman, is the managing partner, purchased 200,000 shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and that Derek Zissman, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares:

Following these purchases, the holding of Haddeo Partners LLP is 23,492,535 Ordinary Shares which represents 25.44% of the issued share capital of the Company. Derek Zissman's holding in the Company is now 400,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.43% of issued share capital. Please note that for the purpose of these calculations, the share capital is based on the 92,357,957 Ordinary Shares in issue (and admitted to trading on AIM) as at the date of this notification i.e. it does not include the 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on 6 April 2016.
