Notification of Share Purchase
The 600 Group PLC (the "Company"), the AIM listed distributor, designer and manufacturer of industrial products (AIM: SIXH), has today been notified that Mr Andrew Perloff, through his personal pension fund, the Maland Pension Fund, has purchased 300,000 shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this purchase, the holding of Mr Andrew Perloff is 6,500,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 7.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
