* Company (as purchaser) entered into the sp agreement with the vendor 
* Consideration payable by the company for the acquisition is hk$555 million 
* Application has been made by the company for the resumption of trading in the shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 9 December 2015 
* Deal in respect of the acquisition of the sale share which represents the entire issued share capital of the target company
