 * Hl-placing of new shares under specific mandate  1616.HK  
 * Company entered into the share placing agreement with guotai junan. pursuant  to the share placing agreement 
 * Aggregate nominal value of the maximum number of placing shares is USD3.2  million 
 * Agreed to place, through guotai junan, on a best effort basis, up to an  aggregate of 320 million new placing shares 
 * Expected that maximum aggregate gross proceeds from share placing will be  approximately hk$800 million 
 * Says company is seeking for suitable acquisition opportunities
