Aareal rises after top shareholders agree to raised buyout offer

** Shares in Aareal Bank  ARLG.DE  are up 3.6% after a
buyout group said the bank's top shareholders had agreed to its
raised buyout offer  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL5N2W30JQ
    ** Shareholders have agreed to tender around 37% of the
stock after the buyout group, which includes U.S.-based Advent
International and Centerbridge Partners, raised its offer to EUR
33 per share from EUR 29 per share
    ** Aareal is among the top gainers of Germany's small-cap
index  .SDAXI
