Strategic report and financial highlights 2024 and the AGM guide 2025
(including the Notice of Meeting) are available on the Company's website

The mailing to shareholders of the Annual report and accounts 2024, Strategic
report and financial highlights 2024 and the AGM documents has commenced.

In compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, the Company confirms that copies of the

The Company announced its full year results for the year ended 31 December
2024 on Tuesday 4 March 2025.  That announcement included the full Annual

The Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Assembly Rooms,
54 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 2LR on Thursday 8 May at 2.00pm.
