Further to the announcement on 4 March 2025, the Company is pleased to confirm
that its change of name to Aberdeen Group plc has been registered with
Companies House with effect from 12 March 2025.

 

With the name change now complete, the following apply:

The Company's ticker remains:   ABDN.

Shareholdings are unaffected by the change and existing share certificates
should be retained as they remain valid.
