 Transactions in own shares

 abrdn plc (the Company) announces that on 26 October 2022 it purchased the
 following number of its ordinary

 shares of 13(61/63) pence each on the London Stock Exchange, Cboe Europe BXE
 and Cboe Europe CXE

 through Goldman Sachs International.
