Dear Shareholder

Further to the shareholder notice dated 4 October 2024, the Company confirms
that the shares of the Funds were redeemed on 6 November 2024 and the
resulting cash proceeds will be paid on or around 13 November at the rates set
out in the above table.

The Company has requested the cancellation of the listings of the Funds. This
was effective as of close of business on 4 November 2024.

Shareholders should consult their own professional adviser as to the specific
tax implications of the termination under the laws of the countries of their
nationality, residence, domicile or incorporation.
