Dear Shareholder

 

Further to the shareholder notice dated 28 March 2023, the Company confirms
that the shares of the Funds were redeemed on 3 May 2023 and the resulting
cash proceeds will be paid on or around 10 May 2023 at the rates set out in
the above table.

 

The Company has requested the cancellation of the listings of the Funds. This
was effective as of close of business on 28 April 2023.

 

Shareholders should consult their own professional adviser as to the specific
tax implications of the termination under the laws of the countries of their
nationality, residence, domicile or incorporation.
