Standard Life Aberdeen plc ('the Company') was advised on 20 May 2020 by Link Market Services Trustees Limited that on 19 May 2020 the Trustees of The Standard Life Share Plan ('SLSP') purchased ordinary shares of 1361/63   pence each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange on behalf of the executive directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities listed below.  
 
The shares were purchased as a result of the reinvestment of the 2019 final dividend for participants in the SLSP.  The purchase price was £2.3035 per share.
