Notification of Interests of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')
 
The Company granted the PDMR listed below an option of its ordinary shares under the Standard Life Aberdeen Sharesave Plan ('the Sharesave Plan'), the terms of which were approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 17 May 2011.
 
The option exercise price in respect of such options is £1.888 being calculated in accordance with the rules of the Sharesave Plan.  
 
The options become exercisable on 1 November 2025 for a period of 6 months.
