Amendment to Loan Facility
 
The Company announces that it has amended its three year multi currency revolving credit facility with the Royal Bank of Scotland International ("Loan Facility") to reduce the Company's minimum Net Asset Value covenant from £300m to £250m.
 
The total drawings under the Loan Facility remain at USD$22.5m representing net gearing (including all prior charges and with cash deducted) of approximately 16.9% based on the Net Asset Value per share of 878.96p at close on 24 March 2020.
