Application is being made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 16,302 new Ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List, and dealings are expected to commence on or around 13 December 2019. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares of the Company.
 
The listing application has been made following the conversion of £238,951 units of CULS in the period to 30 November 2019.
