Application is being made by the Company to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 814 new Ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List, and dealings are expected to commence on or around 12 June 2020. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares of the Company.
 
The listing application has been made following the conversion of £12,050 units of CULS in the period to 31 May 2020.
