AMENDMENT
The stock exchange announcement released yesterday, 4 February 2020 at
16:57hrs (RNS No: 9656B), noted the Issue Ordinary Shares (excluding treasury
shares) total as 33,992,395.  This should read 32,992,395.  To confirm,
following the share buyback of 15,000 Ordinary Shares the Issue of Ordinary
Shares (excluding treasury shares) is 32,992,395.

PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES
 
On 4 February 2020, the Company purchased in the market 15,000 Ordinary shares
at a price of 1060.0 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.
 
Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:
 
32,992,395 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
8,742,918 Ordinary shares held in treasury
41,735,313 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
 
The total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is
32,992,395 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
