Total Voting Rights Following Conversion of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock ("CULS")

The Company announces that following today's commencement in trading in 16,302 new Ordinary shares arising from the recent conversion of £238,951 units of CULS, the Company's issued Ordinary share capital now consists of 33,279,151 Ordinary shares and 8,456,162 Treasury shares and there are 36,706,281 units of CULS outstanding. 
 
The above figure (36,706,281) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
