To better align the Company's name with that of the Manager's, which changed
to Aberdeen Group plc, the Board has resolved to change the Company's name to
Aberdeen Asia Focus PLC.

 

Companies House has confirmed that the change has become effective from 14
October 2025.

 

The Company's ticker, AAS, remains unchanged.
