Announcement of Fourth Interim Dividend

 

The Board has today declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the year
ended 31 July 2023 of 1.61p net (2022: 1.6p) which will be payable on 20
September 2023 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 25 August 2023, ex
dividend date 24 August 2023.

 

In total, the four interim dividends declared for the financial year ended 31
July 2023 amount to 6.41p per Ordinary 5p share (2022: 6.4p).
