The New Shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares and dealings are expected to commence on 9 August 2023. Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 47,421,522 with each Ordinary share holding one voting right and there are 1,857,245 Ordinary 25p shares remaining in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 47,421,522 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
