Board Changes

As previously stated in the Annual Report for the year ended 30 September
2025, Caroline Hitch, who joined the Board on 1 January 2017 and is the Senior
Independent Director, will retire from the Board at the conclusion of the
Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 17 February 2026.

Nick Timberlake, who joined the Board on 1 August 2023, will succeed Caroline
Hitch and will be appointed Senior Independent Director following the AGM on
17 February 2026.
