Declaration of First Interim Dividend

 

The Board announces that the first interim dividend for the year ending 30
September 2026 of 5.7 pence per Ordinary share will be payable to shareholders
on 27 March 2026.  The dividend is payable to shareholders on the register on
27 February 2026 (ex-dividend date 26 February 2026).

 

The Board continues to expect that the total dividend for the year ending 30
September 2026 will be at least 23.1 pence per share.
