Issue of Equity

 

The Company announces that, on 14 January 2026, it sold 75,000 Ordinary shares
of 25p each from treasury (the "New Shares") for cash at a price of 408.0
pence per share.  The New Shares rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
shares and dealings are expected to commence on 16 January 2026.

 

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue
is 49,046,522 with each Ordinary share holding one voting right and there are
132,245 Ordinary 25p shares remaining in Treasury.

 

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 49,046,522 and this figure
may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
