Renewal of Bank Loan Facility
 
The Company is pleased to announce that it has renewed its JPY1.3 billion fixed rate loan and JPY1.0 billion revolving credit facility with ING Bank N.V., London Branch for a one year period to 21 January 2022.
 
Under the terms of the renewed facilities, the JPY1.3 billion fixed rate loan has been drawn down at an all-in interest rate of 0.90% per annum. This rate of interest is fixed until the maturity of the facility on 21 January 2022 and the proceeds have been used to repay the Company's previous JPY 1.3 billion fixed rate loan with ING.  
 
In addition, JPY400 million has been drawn down on a revolving basis, at an all-in interest rate of 0.95% per annum, with first maturity on 23 April 2021, and the proceeds have been used to repay the Company's previous drawings under the old facility.
 
Following the drawdowns under the New Facility, the Company's borrowings are unchanged at JPY1.7 billion.
