Aberdeen New India Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that it has
changed its name with effect from 28 November 2025.

 

The Company received approval from Companies House to effect the change
following a resolution of the Directors.

 

The Company's TIDM remains 'ANII' while its SEDOL and ISIN are also unchanged.
