Ability Inc: Falls as Nasdaq to delist stock
** Ability Inc's U.S.-listed shares ABIL.TA ABIL.O fall
12% to 47 cents
** Nasdaq plans to delist ABIL stock and will suspend
trading effective Dec. 26
** Nasdaq had informed ABIL in Nov. it was not in compliance
with listing rules; company had presented a compliance plan on
Dec. 12 and requested for an extension
** Nasdaq did not accept ABIL's request
** ABIL shares will continue to trade on the Tel Aviv Stock
Exchange
** Including session's losses, stock has fallen 75.5% this
year
