Ability Inc: Rises on SEC settlement of antifraud complaint
** Ability Inc's U.S.-listed shares ABIL.TA ABIL.O rise
2.9% premarket to 60 cents
** Israel-based interception and cyber security tools
provider settles antifraud complaint with U.S. Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC)
** Complaint against ABIL and its unit among others had
alleged violations of antifraud provisions in connection with a
Dec. 2015 deal with Cambridge Capital Acquisition Corp
** Settlement amount to be determined later by a court on
motion by SEC
** Through Monday's close, ABIL shares were down ~69% this
year
