U.S. stock index futures were trading flat on Monday as a strong report from
Bank of America reinforced expectations of a strong earnings season, but a drop
in crude oil priced capped some early gains.  .N 

At 8:09 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.05 percent at 25,017. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.04 percent at 2,802, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up
0.05 percent at 7,397.
