The mailing to shareholders of the Annual report and accounts 2023, 2023
Strategic report and financial highlights and the AGM documents has commenced.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company confirms that copies of the

The Company announced its full year results for the year ended 31 December
2023 on 27 February 2024.  That announcement included the full Annual report

The Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Assembly Rooms,
54 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 2LR on Wednesday 24 April at 2pm.
